  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Made-to-Measure & Custom Garments: Production timelines vary by garment and will be communicated at the time of purchase or fitting.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Ready-to-Wear Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original condition

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to confirm availability before sending your item back.

Custom & Made-to-Measure

All custom garments are final sale due to their personalized nature.
If adjustments are needed, we will work with you to determine appropriate alteration solutions.

  • Reason for return

We will provide detailed instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Altered garments

  • Worn or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)
